Complete 15 hours of service through BBAL events or the equivalent in Community Action
BBAL events are the backbone of the program and provide fun and exciting learning opportunities for the students to continue to build new skills, new attitudes, and to explore new behaviors that began during conference.
BBAL offers a mix of volunteer and educational activities throughout the school year, and events may be offered at night, on the weekends, and on holidays to accommodate differing schedules.
Students may earn up to 5 of their required hours through non-BBAL volunteer events by filling out the Community Action form.
Students may earn more than 15 service hours, but a minimum of 15 hours is required to graduate the program. We recommend our students to plan what works best with their busy schedules for the way they go about completing the required hours.
